Lossless only for png?

    Hi!!

    Some times I’m having problems with png images and lossy compression: the optimized image loss almost all the content. And, in general, the result of the lossy optimized png images is very blurred for me. Is it possible to apply lossy to jpeg and lossless to png?

    Hi,
    thanks for your suggestion! 🙂
    We have it already on our list of possible new features and we may implement it later this year.

    Anyway, from your description the PNGs may be actually JPEGs, it happens sometimes to have the wrong extension for an image.
    Could you please contact me directly here with a couple of examples of such PNGs so we can investigate this more?
