how to display unselected/except tags ?

Hello, i create a food recipe website. basically works you’re select what’s in your fridge and the site shows what you cook this ingredients. site works well but i want to see your miss ingredients. so I am using checkboxes for the ingredients. I need the show unselected checkbox / ingredients. Please help me. And sorry my bad English.

ps : you can try select sucuk(pepperoni) and yumurta(egg). example you have sucuk(pepperoni) but you don’t have yumurta(egg). I want site shows you don’t have yumurta(egg)
