caption don’t work

i use Pixeled 1.9 by sam in 2.7.1 wordpress. my problem is that the caption is not working at all. i used it in wamp in my localhost it shows good or lets say good result it really works with the same theme in 2.7 wordpress in localhost with wamp. my css stylesheet is given bellow. Plz help me with it……
