HELP !! installation issue

    Hi

    I am first time installing the WordPress. I created the database and and run in installation after first step (asking for blog name and email id) and in second step its just showed the wordpress logo when i refresh came up with database upgrade. Idid now i checked in the tables. Some tables are created with “wp_options” table with 55 records !! no other contains data.

    please help

    i should use lower version for installation ??? iam using 2.7.1

    Whether or not the tables appear to contain data is not relevant. Is WP working? If not, what is not working? What can’t you do?

    You should definitely use 2.7.1

    it was hosting problem, i changed hosting and inte installed succesfully
