Restricted Access -> Links disappear

    Hi there!

    I wondering, why my links in the menu bar disappear, if I configure the UM Content Restriction as ‘everyone’. If I set the page to ‘login users’ or ‘logout users’, the links in the menu are back again.
    Does anybody got an idea whats going on there and how to fix that problem?

    Hi @kanthor,

    Can you please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
    This issue can be caused by the cache, do you have any caching plugins or server side caching active?

    Hi Support!

    I´ve done the conflict test (switch off all plugins and activated the twenty fifteen theme). But there is no change and the problem is still there.

    I checkt, if there is a cache problem. Therefore I used different browser on different PCs. But everywhere the same problem with the links in the menu bar. Only the Startpage/Homepage Link is visible.

    I don´t use any caching plugins.
