    Hi,

    we purchased the add on for displaying on tablets and mobile, can you please let us know the default trigger for the popup? We went to the settings and activated “Show popup on mobile and tablet screens” but in addition should we activate also the option “Use a different trigger for small screens (tablet, mobile)”? It seems if we don’t activate it, it’s not displayed?

    We want the popup to be displayed either if the user clicks “back”, starts entering a new URL in the browser or tries to close the browser window/tab.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
