    The EU’s upcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at the end of may (this month), requires that only persons 16 years of age or older can provide information to a site (anyone under 16 must have the parent provide information, and that information has to be documented!).

    So you should add a checkbox and text to your USP form that says something like “I am at least 16 years old.” If the person does not check the box, he or she cannot submit the form.

    Just to follow up, the next version of USP features a customizable checkbox that can be used for something like “I am at least 16 years old”, or whatever is required. Cheers!
