how your images look like in the slider. By default the “fill” option is used which will make the image as big as it needs to be to cover the whole slider. This means that if the slider and image ratios differ, the image will be cropped.
Based on your description, I find this issue the most likely.
If everything seems to look fine on desktop and tablet, you might be using a minimum slider height at your selected responsive mode:

which changes the default ratio, so the fill mode needs to crop the image.
What you can do in the free version is either:
– removing the minimum height setting so the slider will keep the ratio
– changing the fill mode to “fit” instead

set which part of the image should be shown in every responsive scenario

– My fill mode is already on “fit”.

I tried checking the site using a VPN to see if the problem is that you are restricting the access based on the visitor’s country and I was able to see the page now.

So that you’re not using the slide background to set a slide background iamge but the Content layer’s background so the fill modes have no effect and the Content layer’s fill mode is always “fill”.
You should move the images to the slide background and that will solve the problem.
