Yuo can try use https://wordpress.org/plugins/cimy-user-extra-fields/ or https://codex.wordpress.org/Customizing_the_Registration_Form or https://www.cssigniter.com/how-to-add-custom-fields-to-the-wordpress-registration-form/

But this will work only in Pro version.
