Are you trying to display jamah changes from ‘other settings’.
Can you activate to see what happens.
However I found the glitch and I will release a fix soon iA.

I hit update wordpress and included prayer time plugin as well – after that got white scress with above error – then i have to use filezila to delete the plugin to bring site up – Now even i downgraded to previous version , every time I try to activate plugin gets this error

I have same issue when upgraded to 4.9.5,
