    my website is http://www.passiveguide.com

I added a Page called Home in wordpress so that a “home” tab would show up on the navigation bar. I tried to make the link to the homepage go back to the original site “www.passiveguide.com”

but it wont let me go back to the root, it made me default for the home page directing to http://passiveguide.com/home/. is there anyway to get around this?

    Thank you very much 🙂

Have you tried changing your Reading => Settings menu options? If you change the ‘Front page displays’ option to Static Page, and then set the Front Page to the ‘Home’ page you created, that should work. This is the method we use on our site, and is what you are trying to do.

If you want to take a look, our site is: http://gwycon.com

    Best wishes,

Just clicked on the site you are trying to emulate. The way they have their menu is exactly how we have ours set-up. Did you try my suggestion above? As this is what you need to do.

    Good luck. 🙂
