permalinks rss feeds

My Website is http://www.passiveguide.com

I have been trying to set up my RSS feeds with Feedburner.com

I changed my Permalinks in wordpress to /%postname%/%post_id%/

Feedburner says

“An error occurred connecting to the URL: Error getting URL: 404 – Not Found”

I really would like to set up RSS on my page, and I am slightly confused why it is not working.
