validate_options

Hi.
I’ve made an internal plugin that makes some initial settings on activation. I added options for Cookie Notice, too. But then trying to activate my plugin fails unless I deactivate Cookie Notice. I notice you have bound validate_options to the options which is most likely the reason for this.

Is there any way for me to change the settings from another plugin? Or is what I’m doing exactly what you’re trying to prevent?
