    I am wondering how this works for borrowing tools. I have 5 shovles, and want to know when an employee needs one, so I can check it out to them. I don’t need a calendar, but need to know who has it, and need the website to show there are only 4 left.

    Hello.
    In the Booking Calendar Free version does not possible to set specific availability per calendar (resource that can be booked).
    If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).     At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.
