Refresh problem on Visitors activity

    Hi

    Firstly I would like to say how great and useful your plugin is.

    OK this is only a minor issue on the activity report i see [Refresh in ] the report never refreshes and no countdown

    any suggestions

    Hi Tracey,

    could you please make sure you clear your browser cache? We recently updated the javascript code, and that might be what’s causing the issue.

    Unfortunately clearing cache did not work.

    any other ideas ?

    Hi Jason

    I found the issue, Async mode when switched on, disabled the countdown to refresh, when I turned Async feature off the countdown was enabled.

    Terrific! Thank you for letting us know. It must be a conflict with some other library in your admin.
