    I’m running Easy!Appointments Version 2.2.4 via the WordPress Plugin. When I access my ‘Bookings’ page through my site (to test it out, as though I were a client making an appointment), I’m met with a spinning wheel and an eventual message of:

    “Internal error. Please try again later.”

    Sometimes the wheel and message appear immediately, and sometimes I can select a service before it appears; but I’ve never been able to get beyond service selection (ie using the calendar, or entering client information).

  • Hi @theopencircle can you confirm that you have set Duration for Services? You can check that on EasyAppointments Settings > Services page .

    Creating the appointments works fine, and I’m even receiving the appointments on my end. However, I never received the ‘client’ email that I directed to a secondary email address. I wanted to see how the sent emails would look, but it never arrived.
