    After updating, I have seen, after reports from users that the emails arrive in an assured way. All code and nothing is understood. What should I do?

    Hi @cmplus,

    Please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails and make sure to check “Use HTML for E-mails?” checkbox and see if this fixes your issue.
