Broken links to external sites

Hello,
apparently since last update, there is broken links to external sites in my gallery.

I have used HTML code on description field:
<a target="_blank" href="www.jfplasty.cz">www.jfplasty.cz</a>
and it worked fine, but now there is a broken code on page:
<a target="\&quot;_blank\&quot;" href="\&quot;www.jfplasty.cz\&quot;">www.jfplasty.cz</a>
