Why don’t you use the Links/Blogroll rather than Meta?
How do I remove the WordPress.org link from my meta widget, do you know?
You could just edit widgets.php in the wp-includes file, but I wouldn’t do that as if you upgrade it’ll be overwriten.

you dont need a link to login.
put this: /wp-login.php
after the url to your blog.
bookmark THAT page.

Ive got plenty of suggestions, sure.
Try editing the relevant sidebar file.
