After Installation Plugins.php page 404

    I installed this plugin and it worked fine and encrypted my user database. However, since installation I can not get to the plugins.php page. I keep getting a 404 error.

    I can add new plugins, just can’t view those installed. Even if I uninstall the plugin the problem remains so I am wondering if there has been a change in the database somewhere.

    I have found the solution to this – I had to clear all my browser caches
