Big login problem :(

hi,
i’ve set up a blog for a friend and he can’t login, i’ve tried tonnes of tutorials but i don’t think its the same problem. When i put in the user and password nothing happens the page just refreshes. I’ve checked the data base but everything is fine, the sites tomastennis.com/tomas
