Setting Up Pixels and Product Catalog

    Hi, so I’ve set up the pixel caffeine plugin.

    ANd chrome pixel helper says some of the essential parts to it aren’t firing like view content and it seems all other standard events.

    However I can’t seem to find a guide on how ot set these up so Iwas hoping you can point me to where I can see how to set up the standard events inder the conversion/events tab please.

    Also I set up the product catalogs but when you use them on instagram it brings up html code in the description rather than text about the item https://prnt.sc/j76a4s

    Hi,

    sorry for the large delay on my response, I wasn’t able to check the forum in this period, thanks for your patience.

    For the first issue, I can’t see anymore the screenshot. Anyway, please make sure you use a supported e-commerce plugin (like WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads) and then make sure that the DPA events are enabled in the third box of the General Settings page of Pixel Caffeine in the backend section.

    For the second issue, please make sure that you have the latest version of Pixel Caffeine where I had added a fix to translate the shortcode from the description.
