And you configured all appropriate Settings->Register Plus options?
I have the problem. Installed the Plugin, activated it and the Blog is still visiable and no registration page is showing up.
In settings I check the follwoing
– Allow New Registrations to set their own Password
– Email Verification
– Enable Invitation Code(s)
Additional Profile Fields
– first & last name
Required Profile Fields
– first name
Thats it. Have no idea what is wrong 🙁

@charlesmiller – no registration available at http://davidramirezmusic.com/fans/wp-login.php so visit Administration > Settings > General and check the Anyone can register setting.

Sorry for the late reply, was out of town.
I realized the problem. When I going to the page http://www.xyz.com/blog there is no redirect to http://www.xyz.com/blog/wp-login.php where I can see the registration page.
