Bounce Mail

    I have recently setup a new website and using MP3 with the free sending service. I have recently received a few bounced mails but am unable to identify the accounts that bounced. How can I find out the email addresses that bounced so that I can unsubscribe them manually at my end.

    Hi @dhatul,

    Since you’re using our own Sending Service, we handle the bounce emails for you.

    You’ll be able to see them under the Bounced filter category when going to your Subscribers page approximately one week after sending.
