I am trying to update the title in the “Astrid FP: Services” on the home page and I can save the change in the Customizer but I cannot see the update on the front end. I contacted customer support at WordPress.com and they tried to download the theme for testing from https://athemes.com/theme/astrid/ but the option to download via email wasn’t working for them and they asked me to post here to see if this is something you may be able to help with.
Here are my steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the WordPress Customizer.
2. Click on “Widgets”.
3. Choose an Astrid widget, such as “Astrid FP: Services”.
4. Make a change within the content of that widget.
5. Click “Publish”.
6. View the site, the changes have not appear.
If the site cache is cleared, the changes will appear, but otherwise they don’t show up on the “live” site.
I don’t have any caching plugins installed and other changes made to other widgets using the Customizer appear to work normally. Could you help me check to see whether this something that might be caused by a problem in the “Astrid FP: Services” widget or if you think it might be caused by something else?
