Random Posts Not Random!

Hi people.

This is my first post on the support forums, I hope I don’t break any rules! Forgive me if I do!

I have a new start up project. It has been going extremely well.

As you will see from http://www.workrebels.com I have used a theme by Elegant Themes which provides a Random Posts Slide on the top right of the page.

Unfortunately, the Random Post slide is not random any more:( I have contacted the theme designer and he said it is a WP Function problem.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to make it random again. All help will be appreciated greatly.
