Technically there is one Google account for all the websites/web services owned by Google (Gmail, GooglePlus, Youtube). GooglePlus profile data also represents a person’s profile for all other web services owned by Google. So, it doesn’t make much sense to provide an option to login using Youtube account when there is already the option to login using GooglePlus.
