    Can anyone tell me how to get my ftp access on wordpress?

    I have brought the business plan and used the free domain from the plan. Do I need a new host in order to get ftp access?

    I created account from wordpress and then upgraded to business, but i never receive email host about ftp credential

    That is something you must ask your host for.

    I have brought the business plan and used the free domain from the plan.

    If you mean on WordPress.com then please contact them in the correct forums.
