Job board from WordPress

    I was wondering if it is possible to create a basic job board from just WordPress alone, without a Theme or Plugin? For example, using standard posts for job posts (but just redesign them), using a post notification/alert Plugin as a job alert and modifying the standard WordPress User profile to create a candidate profile etc.?

    Anything is possible. 🙂

    You could use posts and let people apply via comments, but I think a job board plugin would probably be a better bet if you want it to look professional, support uploaded resumes, user-editable custom profiles, etc.
