How To Add Adsense Under Header

    Hey so I’ve read all around that you get a much better response with adsense under your header as apposed to your sidebar and I want to try it out, but can’t figure out how to add it under my header. I’ve searched the forum and haven’t found anything useful on this. I want it horizontal right below the header.

    Any help would be much appreciated.
