What functions are not properly included?

Call to undefined function yinheli_meta_dec()
When loading header.php
It’s not being included anywhere apparently. There’s a folder with all the functions, and even a php file that includes them all, which i tried including manually in the header but then it outputs just gibberish for some reason…
Theme works fine for me. That function is in wp-content/themes/philna/app/yinheli_seo.php. Try download a fresh zip of that theme and make sure you get all the sub-folders uploaded to your host.

I’have installed PhiNa2 (www.morsumer-laiens.de), translated it to german an fix it anyway. It works fine, but I miss the mailform. How to aktivate it? Does anybody know?
