Using “Include” also excludes same categories

In the free version, when I try to use the “Include” Categories feature, the categories I include are also part of the “Exclude” list, resulting in all of those categories never having their posts published to Twitter.
When I save this configuration, then click to another menu in WordPress, then back to Revive Old Post, then all the categories I selected for “Include” are duplicated so they appear twice each in “Include” and “Exclude” modes.
