Alternative header function and apostrophe / single quote

    Hi,

    First, thank you for your excellent plugin !

    My blog is in french and I’ve got a problem with the alternative header function (ez-toc-settings[alttext]). There is no replace when the header contains an apostrophe or a single quote (l’apostrophe). Furthermore, after updating the post, the apostrophe is replaced by & # 0 3 9 ; in the textarea.

    Thanks for reporting this bug. I’ve recorded it in the issue tracker. It should be fixed in the next update.

    I’ve tracked down the issue and have corrected it. The fix will be in the next update. Marking resolved 🙂
