items disappear at checkout

    Our client received notice from a customer that they placed multiple items in their cart but when they went to checkout there was only one item in the checkout list. Our client duplicated the problem on his computer but I can not duplicate it on mine.

    The problem occurs on Windows 10 running Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
    It does not happen on Windows 7.
    It does not happen on MacOS 10.13

    Cookies are not disabled. Firewall is on; Virus Protection is on; Internet Security Settings are “set to recommended levels”

    Client emptied cache and problem remained.

    It is the last item added that remains in the cart.

    Hey there!

    Typically issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. How we usually address this type of issue is to have you temporarily switch to a theme we know works, such as [Storefront](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the plugin in question . If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
