Well, the Participant Login add-on has a setting that only allows the private link to be used once.
Other than that, you’d have to set up a way to count how many times a person has accessed their record, you could do this in a custom template that would show them a message or something instead of their record if they have visited more than twice or something.

Please which of the templates are you talking about? I couldn’t really work my way through. Can you be of help?
You have to create the template yourself, you’ll need to have the ability to write your own code to handle counting the accesses…not particularly simple.
