The plugin won’t save the access and site id keys so can’t get anything to work despite several attempts to input on the settings page. Using admin contact info instead. Any ideas

    Dear @earl_d,
Please update to latest plugin version first and if that doesn’t solve the issue, please answer the following to help us to debug the issue:
    1. Are you entering at least one pair of marketplace & tracking-id in Tracking Id(s) section? If no, please do that.
    2. Does the browser show any error notice on Saving settings? If yes, please follow instructions shown in the error notice.
    3. Browser version on which you are facing the issue.Does the issue occur on all browsers or only a specific browser?
    4. PHP version (You can use plugins like display PHP version that display your PHP version on the WordPress dashboard)
    5. WordPress version
    6. Steps to reproduce the issue
    7. PHP error logs
    8. List of plugins installed on your system
    9. Operating System version(OS version).
    10. Browser console log error (if any) generated at the time of the error. Steps to get the console logs:

    • Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference.
    • Hit the Save button and check the console log errors
    • Send us the console log as it is. The easiest way is if you can send us a screenshot of the complete console log error list via dropbox, google-drive, etc.
