I have downloaded the latest version and sorry to say that it doesn’t work.
1) Even enabling the plugin to always display the popup it doesn’t
2) Go to contact us menu and enter first name, last name and email address and the buttons to select the type of support are disabled so you cannot submit a contact request
3) Very annoying to have the menu option in your face about becoming an affiliate, don’t like plugins that do this. If I want to be an affiliate I will do so from your website not from the plugin itself.
I obviously cannot consider going to the Pro version if the lite version does not work on the site.

thank you for your feedback!
1. Did you set the Google Tracking code and accept the Limited Liability option? Without these settings, the popup will never show up.
2. I haven’t experienced any problem with the contact form yet. Can you please send me a screenshot of this page? The options are radio buttons, that are enabled always. There is no disabled state, as I know.
3. I know, what you are feeling. I want to be sure, that this option is visible for everybody, but don’t want to disturb anybody with it. I will consider to make it more subtle or even remove it from the sidebar.

There’s a few things going on here.
@nathanwright This topic is for the “Pro version”. For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well. Don’t send ANYONE any admin access to your site. That’s always a very bad idea.
As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
This is why I am closing this topic.
Now for the serious part that the author already knows.
@surbma I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
