Email notifications missing template: “Processing order”

    Hi,

    I’m using Woocommerce 3.3.4 and noticed under Woocommerce >>Settings>>Emails>>Email notifications that my “Processing Order” template is missing completely. Possible to advice?

    Hello there,

    Yup, that should be there. Can you try a complete reinstallation (deactivate, deinstall, install, activate) of WooCommerce. That should bring it back.

    Also do take a full backup before you do that.

    Hi, thanks for the advice. I tried that 3 times but problem remains. Is there anyway I can add it in manually?

    You are missing multiple emails. Could you disable all plugins except for the core WooCommerce plugin and temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme? Something is removing the emails, perhaps “Conversio”.

    Hey, thanks. Manage to resolve it following your direction.

    – Uninstalled Woocommerce related plugin “Paypal for WooCommerce” and Woocommerce and reinstalled only Woocommerce
