Hi,
A customer just brought it to our attention that the Paypal button is missing. It literally says “Proceed to Paypal” but it is just text – no button, no way to proceed. I’ve troubleshot as much as I can and cannot find a solution. Help!

Same as with https://wordpress.org/support/topic/coupon-codes-not-working-2/, look to find what is causing this to happen. 99% chance it’s either your theme or another plugin.

Thanks, Caleb. No dice. I have changed themes, disabled plugins, and it is still messed up. Could this have anything to do with the Woocommerce update?
