I also have the message in my admin: “La vérification du domaine Apple Pay a échoué. Vérifiez le journal pour voir le problème. (L’enregistrement doit être activé pour voir les journaux enregistrés)”.
In the journal, the problem is:
2018-05-20T03:00:22+00:00 CRITICAL Call to a member function close() on null
I don’t understand where this message is coming from because I don’t use Apple Pay on my website…
And when I go in WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout, I don’t even see the “Apple Pay” option.
Here are the options that I see: PayPal | Virement bancaire | Paiements par chèque | Paiement à la livraison | Stripe | Stripe Bancontact | Stripe SOFORT | Stripe Giropay | Stripe EPS | Stripe iDeal | Stripe P24 | Stripe Alipay | Stripe SEPA Direct Debit | Stripe Multibanco.

Il faut valider votre domaine en déposant un fichier sur votre serveur.
1. Domaines à déclarer ici : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-4
2. Fichier : apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association (fourni par Stripe à l’étape 1) à déposer ici : /var/www/wordpress/.well-known (/var/www/wordpress à adapter à votre cas).
