Problem in first step ( about install)

    hi
    i uploaded files and start installing but there is a error :

    Sorry, I can’t write to the directory. You’ll have to either change the permissions on your WordPress directory or create your wp-config.php manually.

    i made a wp-config.php but it does not work !

    what i have to do?
