Where to access completed forms

    Hi,
    Once my clients complete the form, where can I view it? (Please give really basic instructions – I’m not clever when it comes to tech!!)

    Hi Juliet,

    Sure, happy to help!

    In WPForms Lite, entry data is stored only in the email that’s sent out. To set up the email for a form, you’ll need to open the form builder and go to Settings > Notifications. This is where you can set which email the email is sent to, the email’s subject line, and more.

    Here’s our tutorial with all the details on each option available in these settings.

    If you decide at any point that you’d prefer for new entries to be stored to your site (not just email), you could consider upgrading to our paid version.
