You may use WooCommerce with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/ to create promotional product with multiple suppliers.
You may change the prices easily in WooCommerce plugin.
Thanks very much for your reply. I will test it out to see how it functions.
Can you help with the import? the File I have is very expansive.
What do you mean by “help with the import”?
And then here are some other extensions that sounds like what you described:
– Product Vendors: https://www.woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/
– Dynamic Pricing: https://www.woocommerce.com/products/dynamic-pricing/
What I mean by the import is that the pricing structure is based on quantity and is set on a single unit price. so if some one buys 100-150 units it is 1.50 each , 151 – 300 units 1.40 each etc.
I need to be able to import a spreadsheet based on this into the woocommerce platform. they have over 20000 products from several different vendors.
For that quantity pricing, does it happen only at the product level? So 100-150 units of only a specific product, or 100-150 units of anything in the cart?
And secondly, are you going to need to keep track of inventory as well?
It will be based on individual items with the potential of different colors. No they don’t need to keep track of inventory.
WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing is best suited for quantity based price.

Hi @blenkhn,
As for importing these quantity based rules, what you can do with Dynamic Pricing is make a product with all the rules you need, export it using the built-in exporter in WooCommerce (including meta), and then copy those rules over to other products so that they import into them as well.
