It very well could be that the theme is applying overrides to WooCommerce, preventing the sync from happening. Have you contacted the theme developers about this?

Also, could you provide us the System Status Report found under WooCommerce > Status within the WP Admin? With this we can see what plugins or overrides are applied.

Your version of Square and WooCommerce look perfect as does the version of MySQL which usually is the cause for syncing issues. Let us know what the theme developers say as it’s unknown the changes applied to the template overrides.

Hello, me again.

I have been working with the theme developer because my ability to manually sync products has been hit and miss, mostly miss. They are able to sync without issue; I, on the other hand, cannot. I was getting the error message, but now I’m not getting anything at all.

Is it possible that there’s a setting on my computer that’s preventing this from happening? I’m using a MacBook Pro.

Hi @coleverria

In most cases your computer has little effect on running the sync manually. You can try using another browser or computer to confirm if that’s the case. However, in most cases the issue is likely caused by a code conflict with another plugin.

Check to ensure your host hasn’t forced the installation of any cache plugins. These would show up under the “Drop-ins” or “Must-Use” tabs on your Plugins screen. As improper caching could be the cause for conflicts in this case.
