News Tickers access

Hi,
I’d like the Editor also and not the Administrator only can use this plugin, but if I access my site as Editor I don’t see News Ticker in the WordPress menu.
I activated the “Add quick edit links” option and now I’m able to use the plugin clicking on the quick edit link when logged as Administrator. The quick edit link appears also if I’m logged as Editor, but it doesn’t work.
Any idea ?
