    Hi,

    a reoccuring problem caused by one of my admins is that he unintendedly uses a wrong username to log in. I have told him ways to prevent that, but that falls on deaf ears. I do not want to loose him, so my question is: Is there a way for me to prevent this admin from being banned the first time he enters a wrong user name other than whitelisting his IP address in the firewall?

    Hi Ferdinand,
    Currently there is no option to set specific rules for users, however I suggest using “Lock out after how many login failures” option with “3” trials for example instead of “Immediately lock out invalid usernames” option in your case.
