I have checked everything before posting here. I have also installed WP MAIL Logging. No logs generated for orders.

Hmm, that means the emails aren’t even trying to be sent. Are new orders coming in and saying at the “pending payment” order status maybe? Emails will only be sent at “processing” / “completed” order statuses. If stuck in pending, that means your payment gateway is having trouble connecting back to your site to confirm the payment. That is what this section refers to in the email FAQ: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-2
Secondly, just installing the “WP SMTP plugin” won’t do anything by default, as it still uses server email functionality as a default I believe. You’d need to switch to connecting to a third party SMTP to rule out server email troubles: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-7

1> I’ve manually cancelled the orders. Order status was showing cancelled but still no logs generated and no mails received.
2> After downgraded woocommerce version 3.0.1 not I’m receiving order notification mails and logs also created successfully. I have testes 3.3.3 to 3.2.1 all of them order notification mails log not generating.

If the order status starts out in the cancelled state, something is wrong with the payment gateway. Why send out a notification for a cancelled order?
Do emails send after successful payment when the order status goes to the “processing” state?
Order status was showing pending and I’ve manually cancelled the order from payment gateway to check if I’m receiving order notification or not 🙂 hope you got it now.
Right, so orders with the pending payment status will not have emails sent out. This is intended, please see my first reply. There is a problem with your payment gateway.
I know, if my order status showing pending that time I wont receive any order notification. If order gets cancelled or successful then I will receive order notification mail.
I have tested with paypal gateway. I’m not receiving any order notification and customers also not receiving order mails.
But after downgrade to version 3.0.1 it’s working fine and now I’m receiving order notification mails.
