Revenue result difference

    Hi,

    If I look at the revenue result displayed on the forms overview page (backend) and the amount that is displayed on the frontend crowdfunding page itself, this differs with the amount of what is displayed on the reporting page or when I make an export of the results.

    I could show you some screenshots but this is not possible on this support forum. 🙂

    HI there,

    I’d recommend going to “Donations > Tools > Data” and use any or all of the recalculation tools that you find there.

    If the amount is still different after doing that, screenshots would help a lot. The best way to do screenshots here is to upload them to Cloudup.com and then just paste the URL of that image here, and it will be embedded automatically.

    This solutions works fine.

    It’s recomended create a crontjob to automatice this? What frecuencie you recommend?

    Generally, we refresh that when new donations come in, or when pages or posts are saved or published. You shouldn’t need to force that unless you don’t have a lot of activity on the site. Or perhaps there’s some server-side caching that’s preventing our data from updating correctly. If you do choose a cronjob, the frequency is totally up to you. Just keep in mind that the tool will take longer to process as you create new forms and get more donors and donations.
