wp combine filter from two or more menu-pages to find a child menu

Hello I want to create a website where it will be 3 main menus-pages, every main menu has 3-5 submenus and every each submenu has from 1-3 child pages. Is there any plugin that I can use so I can combine specifications from the main menus (like filter) so it can show me the available child pages(e.g one or more pages).
General I want a solution that I can have the ability to have relationship between menus-pages 1:1 or 1:n (menu-page that can appear multiple pages). I hope you have understand what I want. Waiting for your answer. Thank you
