    did you read the notes in the css and coding???? That theme seems to be full of them.

    Between here and end defines the first ‘box’ on the homepage. All the “cat=” must be set to the same category ID for it to work. Also the number after category_description( should be set to the same as the cat= id numbers. This code gets the category image location from the category description field in the admin area. –>

    can you post the part of your layout where the images are placed?? the code. check your options page

    here is the solution who may can get the same problem.
    Go admin area:
    categories.
    description
    enter the url of the image to the box.
    i entered wp-content/themes/green-leaves/images/ and problem solved!
